Congratulations from the Egyptian Pyramid Team – a birthday greeting from the foot of the Pyramids of Giza!

Our team from Egypt, in white galabeyas and red keffiyehs, dances and sings your greeting with the name of your loved one – right in front of the Great Pyramids. They hold up a chalkboard with your personal text, flowers and colorful posters.

    Často kladené otázky

    KDY DOSTANU SVOU OBJEDNÁVKU?

we need 2-3 days to deliver the order. If the order volume is large, please be patient, delivery may be delayed for a few days. We can only fulfill a certain number of orders per day. So please wait a few days before sending us a message.

CO KDYŽ JSEM ZAPLATIL ZA PRIORITNÍ OBJEDNÁVKU?

In this case, we will prioritize your order and make it before others. In this case, it should be fulfilled in 2 days. Please be patient as we are shooting all videos one by one. Please note: the day of your order does not count as a day!

    JAK BUDE VIDEO DODÁNO?

We will mail the video to you.

    NEMŮŽU NAJÍT SVÉ VIDEO?

Please check your email and spam folder :). If you still can't find it, please contact us. We will help you.

    JSOU LIDÉ VYUŽÍVÁNI?

Of course not :), we are in direct contact with the teams and communicate daily. This means that the payment goes directly to them and no other party makes money from it.

IS THE VIDEO REAL, OR AI-GENERATED?

100% real. Every greeting is filmed live by real performers — no AI avatars, no stock footage, no filters. What you see is exactly what was recorded for you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR GET A REFUND?

Because every video is filmed specifically for your request, production starts right away once you order. This means the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized orders and they can't be cancelled once production begins. If something is wrong with your video, contact us and we'll make it right.
